The children in our care will always be our #1 priority. We place an equal value on each child’s safety, scholastic achievements and mental development. Our curriculum and faith-based lesson plans help to ensure that every Angel Wings Baby is beyond kindergarten ready by the time they leave our school.
Meet Our Team
Marissa Harris
Marissa has her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in early childhood development from Wichita State University. Marissa also has training in Play Therapy (in which the philosophy is: children learn and heal through play). She operated her own licensed in-home daycare for almost three years, which allowed her to be at home with her children. Today, Marissa has three children, Mariah, Londyn and Landan (Teddy). She grew up helping her grandparents with their daycare and gives them much credit for the teaching strategies she has adopted. Marissa believes that children learn best through experience and observation of others around them. It is our job to help guide them and create a safe environment for children to enjoy their experiences.
