About Us

The children in our care will always be our #1 priority. We place an equal value on each child’s safety, scholastic achievements and mental development. Our curriculum and faith-based lesson plans help to ensure that every Angel Wings Baby is beyond kindergarten ready by the time they leave our school.

Meet Our Team

Marissa Harris

Owner & CEO

Marissa Harris has been passionate about childcare since she was just 8 years old, helping her grandparents with their home daycare. With over a decade of leadership experience—operating her own center since 2014—she brings both professional expertise and a genuine love for children to Angel Wings. Marissa holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Educational Psychology, and a National Director Credential, qualifying her to direct facilities for 100+ children. She believes children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions, and she treasures watching little ones reach milestones like first steps, first words, and first letters. Outside of work, Marissa enjoys running, being outdoors with her husband, four children, and mini poodle, as well as singing and reading with kids. Her philosophy is rooted in faith, compassion, and continuous growth: taking ownership, learning from mistakes, and treating others with kindness and respect.

“Marissa Harris, Owner & CEO, combines over a decade of leadership with advanced degrees in psychology to create a thriving, high-quality learning environment for children.”
